Coverity began with a simple frustration: arranging a notary around a real schedule was far harder than it should have been. That problem exposed something larger. High-trust transactions were being held together by phone calls, inboxes, disconnected software, and people manually carrying information from one system to another.
Real estate made the problem especially visible. Forms, signatures, notarization, title, escrow, client communication, and status updates all lived in different places. The work was getting done—but the workflow itself was creating friction.
Coverity was built to connect those pieces without forcing the people doing the work to become software operators.
