Coverity.io was founded with one simple goal: to modernize the notary public industry and create a single source of truth for secure, standardized notarization.
Our software is disrupting the notary public space by addressing significant security gaps and inefficiencies while providing a comprehensive, all-in-one platform to support the notary public industry as a subscription-based service. For too long, clients have had to call multiple notaries, compare inconsistent prices, and struggle to find someone available when they needed one.

The Problem
The motivation behind our company was born out of personal frustration. As a consumer, I found it nearly impossible to schedule a notary who fit within my own timetable. The process was fragmented, unreliable, and often left me with more stress than resolution. That simple yet fundamental pain point revealed a deeper truth about the state of the notary and real estate transaction industry: it wasn’t built to meet modern expectations of speed, reliability, and transparency.
Beyond notaries, we became disillusioned with the overwhelming number of tools, services, and disconnected processes required to complete a real estate transaction. Each step—from forms to notarization, to title, to escrow—was siloed, handled by disparate workers and platforms, resulting in inefficiency, wasted time, and needless complexity.
Our Vision For Change
This project was founded on the idea that the industry could be reinvented through vertical integration. By bringing together all of these elements into a single, unified platform, we eliminate the redundancies and barriers that slow transactions down. A “single pane of glass” view, shared across companies, notaries, and customers, allows every participant to see progress in real time, cut out needless handoffs, and operate with far greater trust and efficiency.
